Asphalt Repair Guys LLC is a premier asphalt maintenance company specializing in sealcoating, crack filling, pothole repair, and asphalt patching. We provide professional maintenance solutions for residential and commercial properties throughout Denver, Longmont, and the surrounding Colorado Front Range communities.
Estimates and Scheduling
All service estimates are based on visible damage and standard material requirements. Due to Colorado's variable climate, scheduling is strictly weather-dependent. Asphalt Repair Guys LLC reserves the right to reschedule projects to ensure proper curing temperatures and dry conditions for a high-quality finish.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring the service area is clear of all vehicles, equipment, and debris prior to the scheduled start time. Sprinkler systems must be turned off 24 hours before and 24 hours after service. Asphalt Repair Guys LLC is not responsible for damage to property or vehicles left within the marked work zone.
Payments and Liability
Payment terms are specified in each individual contract. We strive for excellence in every project; however, Asphalt Repair Guys LLC is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or for "tracking" issues caused by pedestrians or vehicles entering the work area before the recommended drying time.
